Zussman punches the soldier, but gets stabbed in retaliation. When Daniels enters the bunker, he is attacked by a German soldier. He then clears four bunkers with the squad, and is ordered to clear the 5th bunker with Zussman alone. Daniels successfully reaches and destroys the seawall with Zussman's support.
